While I can work within any reasonable budget, my charge for most feature-length articles or white papers is in the $1.00 to $1.25 per word range. You'll find this is the industry norm for professional freelance writers. Of course, if the assignment includes multiple articles or involves a huge number of words, we can negotiate a mutually agreeable rate.
I work with several other reliable, professional writers. Often if I am not available, one of them can take on the assignment. All of those men and women are people I've worked with in the past. I feel comfortable vouching for their reliability.

BIOGRAPHY
Curt Harler is a well-known author with expertise in telecommunications and data networking; agronomy and turfgrass; recycling and environmental issues; and books for children.
He is the recipient of the 1996 International Communications Association Industry Achievement award for his years of networking and communications writing. He was formerly editor-in-chief of COMMUNICATIONS NEWS and writes for a diverse group of publications.
Curt is a popular speaker and moderator for many industry seminars and programs. His widely-read articles are respected for their leadership and insight. Over two dozen corporations and individual executives regularly call on Curt to prepare white papers or to ghost-write bylined articles for them.
Curt holds B.S. in agriculture from Pennsylvania State University, a M.S. from Ohio State, and a B.A. in journalism from Penn State. He is married with several children and resides in Strongsville, Ohio.
